Upon further investigation,
this is a "Barred Owl".
Woodland lover, puffy head,
moist brown eyes, and his feather pattern
is barred across his chest and streaked legnthwise
across the belly.
He (?) was singing away this morning
when I got up.
Sounded similar to a barking dog.
I'm hoping to record his voice soon.
Stay tuned and A Happy Tuesday!
By the way, Blue Tip is appearing
at Kosco Harley Davidson tonight!
Perfect forecast....Come out and
enjoy the fun!
With love and hugs.

This was our visitor last night.
Besides Mama Bear and her cubs.
Best I can tell this is a "BOREAL" Owl.
Double click to get a closer view.
He let me get pretty close
before moving on.
Tory Peterson says they can be tamed.
He was gorgeous!
First time in my life
I had an owl in my tree!
With love and hugs.

Today marks the anniversary of Woodstock!
It was back in 1969 that more than 500,000 people descended on Yasgur's Farm for 3 days of peace, love, and music. More than 32 acts performed and rocked the stage.
Rolling Stone Magazine has declared Woodstock as one of the "50 Moments that Changed the History of Rock and Roll".
These photos are Yasgur's Farm as it stands today.
We took a motorcycle ride recently and relived the moment!
The Bethel Center of the Arts is alive and beautiful.
It is open to the public as a museum and cultural center.
You could almost feel the energy from 41 years ago!
I felt shivers standing on the hilltop looking over the valley.
Long live Peace, Love and Music!

"First prompted by the fact of aviation, I have applied the laws of resistance of air
to the insects, and I arrived, with Mr. Saint-Lague, at the conclusion that their flight is impossible."
In addition, The "Flight of the Bumble Bee" inspired Walt Disney to have a bumblebee
featured in the musical "Fantasia" and sound as if it was flying in all parts of the theatre. The unsuccessful experimentation led to be excluded from the film and the eventual invention of surround sound.
Believe in possibility.
with love and hugs.
