Throughout our lifetime
many choices are made
and many paths are chosen.
Bridges are crossed,
and the rivers keep flowing.
Friends are made
and friends let go,
But Love is everlasting.
Today, on this 6th day of December,
Melody, our true friend
and most dedicated companion
of 16 years
crossed life's finish line.
With special thanks
on this sad Sunday
to veterinarian Kenny Leal
for opening his door and his heart.
